Indian Harbour Beach Fire Department and Police Department participated in Lowe’s Safety Saturday for Kid’s. Truck 56, Pumper 56 and a patrol car from IHBPD were on hand for the event.

Car Wash for Fallen Firefighters Memorial, June 2010

The Women’s Auxiliary sponsored a car was on June 19 to raise funds for a new Fall Firefighter Memorial to be built in front of Station 56. Thanks to the generous support of our friends and neighbors the car was a huge success raising over $900.
The Women’s Auxiliary and the members of IHBVFD would like to thank Lowe’s of Indian Harbour Beach for donating car wash supplies and Philly’s Finest on East Eau Gallie Blvd for donating Italian Ice.
Sgt. Robert Sanchez final ride home.

The IHBVFD was honored to be asked to escort Sgt. Robert Sanchez home to his final resting place. Sgt. Sanchez gave his life fighting for the country he loved and served. The IHBVFD extends it’s gratitude and admiration to all our service men and women defending our country and our values.

Ocean Breeze Elementary 4th grade students visit Station 56 during Fire Prevention week to learn about fire safety and meet the firefighters. They watched a home safety video and played on the fire truck.
